What information you’re collecting from them (including names, email addresses, IP addresses, and any other information) We have to generate quotes, invoices and certificates when required so require names addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.
How you’re collecting their information, and what you’re going to use it for We only use it as evidence to HMRC on invoices. If certificates are required then the governing body ELECSA requires the same details to be entered onto the certificates. We do not pass on information to other companies or third parties.
How you’re keeping their information safe Stored on a private computer that has up to date Norton security protection.
Whether or not it’s optional for them to share that information, how they can opt-out, and the consequences of doing so. This is not an option. If you do not want your details on the certificate then it will invalidate the certificate.
